Year of Ox

Bailly Gallery is delighted to present an exhibition celebrating the Chinese New Year - the Year of the Ox (?), the second zodiac sign in the 12-year cycle. Due to it’s mythical symbolism, this strong animal has been a source of inspiration for various artists throughout art history. In our exhibition we can see its representation in ceramics by Pablo Picasso works by Ferdinand Parpan or Le Corbusier.
