Overview

Cubism was one of the most influential styles of the twentieth century and has opened up infinite new possibilities for the treatment of visual reality in art. The insight and vision of whom contributed to the movement produced crowning achievement in art history and culture. The fragmented forms which elaborated the composition and rejected the concept that art should copy nature, enhanced a fundamental change in how painting relates to the visible world. “Cubism” is a journey through the geometrical artworks of artists such as Pablo Picasso, Juan Gris, Louis Marcoussis and much more, carefully curated to pay tribute to this movement that still resonates today.
